You can lease as many shops as you require but you must buy and complete a separate form for each shop. Allotment will however be based on a first-come-first-serve basis.
A price list has been included in the forms indicating the lease consideration payable on each shop.
Full payment for the shops can be done immediately along with the submission of forms.
No! Shop owners requiring back-up electricity must subscribe for power supply from the central generator provided.
Upon submission of application form and completion of all necessary documentations as well as confirmation of payments, your desired shop(s) are allocated and keys are handed over to you immediately.
